1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device when you visit it. Here we also call cookies other techniques that do the same, such as browser storage.
2. What this website uses
This website is owned by Restensur, S.L. Its full details are in the legal notice.
Fonts are served from our own server and the map is a link to Google Maps, not an embedded map. The contact and company dinner forms do not store anything in your browser: they send what you write and nothing else.
There are two kinds of cookies. Technical cookies do not need your permission, because without them something you ask for would not work (article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE). Analytics and advertising cookies are only loaded if you allow them in the banner: until you decide, none of them is loaded.
3. Technical cookies
- awa_consentimiento
- Our own. It stores what you decided in the banner, so we do not ask you on every page. It lasts 6 months.
- The CoverManager booking module, on the booking page. CoverManager loads it from its own domain and may store its own technical cookies so that the booking works. They are governed by CoverManager's cookie policy.
4. Analytics: Google Analytics
If you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4, by Google Ireland Limited. It tells us how many visits the website gets, which pages are viewed, where people come from (a search engine, a social network, an ad) and whether a request is sent or someone taps call, the menu or book. We see it as overall figures, not person by person.
- _ga
- Tells one browser from another. It lasts up to 2 years.
- _ga_*
- Keeps the state of the visit. It lasts up to 2 years.

5. Advertising: Meta pixel
If you accept advertising, we load the Meta pixel, by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. It measures whether our ads on Instagram and Facebook bring visits and requests, and lets us show AWA ads to people who have already visited the website. Meta may link the visit to your Instagram or Facebook account, if you have one.
- _fbp
- Tells one browser from another to measure ads. It lasts 3 months.
- _fbc
- Stores the ad click that brought the visit. It lasts 3 months.

6. How to change or withdraw your permission
From «Cookie settings», in the footer of every page, you can change what you decided at any time. If you withdraw a permission, its cookies are deleted and the page reloads without them. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it and changes nothing else on the website.
The banner asks you again after 6 months, or sooner if what the website loads changes.
7. How to block them from your browser
Your browser can block or delete cookies. Bear in mind that blocking technical cookies may stop the booking from working.
8. Changes to this policy
If what the website loads changes, this policy will be updated and, if needed, the banner will ask you again.
